The Agency, LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing data. All listing information should be independently verified by the buyer or their representative.

Listing data is intended for the personal, non-commercial use of website visitors and may not be used for any purpose other than identifying potential properties for purchase or lease. Unauthorized use of listing data, including reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation, is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Property Organizer

Certain features of this Website, including saving favorite properties, saving searches, and receiving listing alerts, require you to create an account through the Property Organizer. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Notify The Agency, LLC promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Consent. By checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on any lead capture form and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive marketing text messages and calls from The Agency, LLC, including messages about real estate listings, property recommendations, and related services.

Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and property search activity.

Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging and data rates will be charged for SMS communications. The Agency, LLC is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to the number from which the text messages are being sent, or by logging into your Property Organizer account and updating your communication preferences. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from The Agency, LLC.

Help. For help with text messaging, reply HELP to the number from which the text messages are sent, or contact The Agency, LLC using the contact information below.

Carrier Liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Sharing of Opt-In Data. Your SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties for marketing purposes or any purpose unrelated to the services described in these Terms. Your opt-in information is used solely to deliver the text messages you have consented to receive.

5. Communications

By submitting a form on this Website with your contact information, you are consenting for The Agency, LLC and authorized representatives to contact you regarding real estate services, including by email, phone, and — if you have separately opted in — text message, even if your number is on the Federal "Do-not-call List."
